Terms of Service

1. The Service

UnfoldSEO is a search-engine-optimisation platform for travel brands and agencies. It provides tooling for site context management, topical authority mapping, AI-assisted content generation, quality assurance, rank tracking, internal linking, social repurposing and reporting. Features available to your account depend on the plan you subscribe to.

2. Account registration

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Accounts are intended for legal entities (companies, agencies) and the individuals authorised to act on their behalf. You confirm that you have authority to bind the entity you represent.

3. Plans, fees and billing

The Service is available on monthly subscription plans listed on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

We use Stripe to process payments. Your billing information is handled directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our infrastructure. Subscription renewals occur automatically each billing period unless cancelled.

We may change pricing with at least thirty (30) days' notice for existing subscribers. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Free trial

New customers may be eligible for a free trial. Trials are limited to one per organisation, expire after the stated period, and require no payment method. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account access is suspended. Data is retained for thirty (30) days after suspension and then deleted unless you re-subscribe.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you continue to have access until then. We do not prorate refunds for unused time in a billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact success@unfoldseo.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge and we will investigate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes third-party rights;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
• circumvent rate limits, security controls, or our anti-footprint mechanisms;
• reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the Service in bulk;
• use the Service to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited communications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on the severity.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (site content, keywords, articles, briefs, brand voice profiles). You grant UnfoldSEO a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

Generated content (AI drafts, briefs, suggestions) is provided for your use. We do not claim ownership over those outputs and do not train shared models on your content. Each tenant's data is isolated at the database-schema level.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (search engines, analytics, LLM providers, payment processors, WordPress plugins). Those integrations are subject to the third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes on third-party services beyond our control.

9. Intellectual property

UnfoldSEO and its associated trademarks, software and content (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that IP to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific search-engine rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnfoldSEO's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UnfoldSEO harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from (a) your content, (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law. On termination, your access ends and data is retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days before they take effect via email to account owners or via in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Estonia, except where consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
